JM Hospitality Group was inspired by the vibrant community of Winter Park, Florida,
where our story began nearly 25 years ago. In 1994, we opened our first business, The Partridge Tree Gift Shop, on Park Avenue. That spirit of local connection and thoughtful hospitality set the foundation for everything that followed.

Over the years, our journey expanded to include several beloved dining concepts in Winter Park and Downtown Orlando.
While our portfolio has evolved, one thing has remained constant: a deep commitment to supporting the Winter Park community and helping local businesses thrive.

Today, JM Hospitality Group is proud to operate two signature destinations on Park Avenue: Bovine Steakhouse,
a modern steakhouse located in the historic former Park Plaza Gardens space, and The Vintage Vault,
a curated wine and gift shop celebrating exceptional finds and thoughtful gifting.
